RETURNS POLICY
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, once the artwork has been purchased you are fully committed to the sale. Sarah is unable to offer returns and exchanges on prints or original works of art simply for a change of mind. A refund on the purchase will not be available.
ARTWORK AGEING
From the moment a painting is created, it naturally begins to age. As the painting continues to age, both the paint film and priming loose flexibility and becomes brittle. Expansion and contraction of the fabric support, caused by moisture in the air, can add further strain and could lead to a crack formation. Because this is natural process Sarah does not accept any returns based on artwork ageing.
FRAMING
Originals: Sarah has taken great care choosing each frame for every painting to ensure that it compliments her work. All original artwork is sold framed unless otherwise stated. Please note that due to the very nature of wood and glass, frames are extremely fragile. All paintings must be handled with extreme care and moved around as little as possible.
COMMISSIONS
As part of the commission process, Sarah will discuss framing options, time scales and prices.
PRINTS
The majority of Sarah’s prints are sold unframed and unmounted. Those that are mounted (separately specified) are surrounded by hand-cut mounts which fit standard UK sized, off-the-shelf frames (available from all major outlets such as John Lewis, Habitat and of course Amazon). Sarah is more than happy to help by giving advice on framing.
COPYRIGHT
All artwork and content on the Sarah Rogers Art website is legally protected by U.K & International copyright laws. Images may be used for personal use, as in screen savers, but under NO circumstance is it permitted for you to use them for commercial purposes, without proper and prior permission from Sarah Rogers Art, or her legal advisers. Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted. We protect our copyright interests. Sarah Rogers retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of having sold the original image. You must contact her or her legal advisors in order to use an image for commercial purposes, whether or not you now own the original artwork.
